Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Download OneChurch from the App Store, tap "Create Account", and enter your name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

How do I connect with someone?

Go to the Neighbours tab, find someone you'd like to connect with, and tap the "Message" or "Connect" button on their profile card. They'll receive a connection request.

How do I create an event?

Go to the Events tab and tap the "+" button. Fill in the event details — title, date, time, location — and choose the visibility (public, neighbours only, or invite only).

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@onechurch.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for OneChurch in your device's Settings > Notifications. Also check that you haven't muted the conversation or event in the app.

I found a bug

Please email support@onechurch.app with a description of what happened, the screen you were on, and your device model. Screenshots are very helpful!
